The yarn is High Twist spun, which gives it greater durability. It knits up with a nice definition of the stitches. The fabric has a nice stretch and holds its shape well. This lovely soft yarn would work well for accessories and sweaters. Given the construction of the yarn, it could be used for socks, but it should be knitted at a tight gauge.
The fibers absorb the dye well, and the colors spread softly. Speckles can be achieved, but they do not become super crisp.
