Hvorfor leverer i i pose?

Vi har valgt kun at sende vores garn i poser, da du derved får den billigste fragt, og vi sparer lagerplads. Desuden fylder vores pakker ikke nær så meget, når de er pakket i poser. Dette betyder, at postbilerne kan medbringe flere pakker, og vi bidrager dermed til at mindske CO2 udledningen. 

  

Hvorfor kan jeg ikke vælge hjemmelevering?

Vi sender med PostNord. Herved er pakken sporbar og forsikret op til 1500,-. Det er desværre kun muligt at vælge levering til pakkeshop, da der har været nogle problemer med forsvundne pakker ved hjemmelevering. Pakkerne er forsikret, men det skaber udfordringer med garn, der skal farves op igen og ikke alle farver er muligt at genskabe.

 

Why can I choose between different shipping rates?

  • International Shipping

We offer 2 different ways of shipping. NB! make sure your address information is correct. If the parcel is returned to me you are responsible for the re-shipping cost unless the fault is mine then I cover the cost. 

  1. The cheapest shipping is to send the parcel as a letter with PostNord. It doesn't have tracking nor insurance and is only possible up to 1.9 kg. It will probably a take longer time for the parcel to arrive and I do not cover any loss of goods when you choose this way of delivery.

  2. The second way of shipping is more expensive but has tracking and insurance. I, therefore, recommend this way of shipping. In 23 EU countries, I ship with CoolEurope, DHL (Sweeden) or Posti (Finland). These parcels are insured up to 1.500 DKK. Shipment to the rest of the world will be with PostNord Parcel (max 1 kg) and is insured up to 4.800 DDK. For parcels heavier than 1 kg - please contact me for a price.

 

I can't find the colorway I like on the base that I want, can I request a "dyed to order"?

You are always wellcome to contact me. Most of the colorways are repeateble and then I will be able to dye what you need on the base that you like.

 

Why does my yarn look different than what I see on the photo in your shop?

All skeins are hand-dyed and in small batches. They are therefore all unique. So unless you receive the exact same skein(s) shown on the photos there will be a difference in appearance. Some skeins might also have been re-skeined due to tangling and will therefore also look different from a skein that hasn't been re-skeined.
For larger projects, I recommend ordering all skeins at once and alternate when knitting. I've done what I could to get as true pictures as possible but please be aware that all monitors are different and display colors differently. 

My yarn is bleeding - what should I do?

There might be slight bleeding when washed the first couple of times. Especially with turquoise, hot fuschia, and red. Very saturated colorways will also tend to bleed a bit when washed the first couple of times.  I recommend handwashing in cold water and lay flat to dry, Super Wash yarn or not. This will prolong the life of your knitwear.
The yarn should never bleed to your hands when you are working with it! If that happens then please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve that issue.

How fast do you ship the products?

Ready to ship orders will ship within 3 working days. Dyed To Orders will ship within 3 weeks.
 

I regret my purchace can I return my order? 

Returns
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation before the item has shipped! 

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Conditions of return
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If there is an error on the product and the fault is mine I will cover the cost.
